Aditi Quadras, Associate Research Director, Rogers
Aditi has worked in the market research industry since her graduation from Masters in Management Studies from the University of Bombay in 1997. She has worked both at the supplier side (with Neilsen in Asia among others) and the client side (in Canada). Experienced in quantitative and qualitative research, Aditi’s passion is innovation, which is reflected in the two Ted Rogers Innovations Awards she has won at Rogers (in 2007 and 2010) which are given for innovative ideas/solutions that drive revenue growth. She currently heads up a team of primary quantitative researchers that manage 7 proprietary community panels and provide consumer insights to about 30 publications at Rogers Media Inc. (Canada’s largest publisher of magazines – both consumer and business).
Jeff Vidler, Senior Vice-President
Jeff brings more than 20 years of senior-level media research and consulting experience to Vision Critical. Jeff conducts custom research studies and/or provides strategic advice for many of Canada’s leading broadcast and media companies, including the CBC, Astral Media, Corus Entertainment, Rogers Media, and the Star Media Group. From 1994 to 2000, Jeff was Vice-President of Media Research with the Angus Reid Group, where he spearheaded a series of syndicated media studies. Most recently, as a Partner at Solutions Research Group, Jeff pioneered the use online research panels to conduct radio studies using a representative sample of listeners in each market. He is also a frequent speaker at industry conferences in Canada and the US.
Joanne Rudge, VP, MD of Custom Technology Solutions
Joanne has spent her entire working career in the tech industry, with experience ranging from large corporations such as IBM to smaller dynamic software development shops. She brings significant breadth and depth of experience in understanding the needs of a business and working with talented teams under pressure to deliver innovative solutions which exceed those needs. At Vision Critical she leads a team of people dedicated to both adding client-specific value to our core research platform as well as developing custom solutions that successfully address market research needs while engaging respondents with innovative and highly intuitive user interfaces.
